Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government's expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Friday, 12 July 2019. The solicitation number will be W15KN19R1047. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement to Replace Fence and Gates, Install Additional Security on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) in Army Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) 83, 720 E. Ordnance Road , Baltimore, MD 21226. The Government intends to issue a solicitation under the HUBZone Set-Aside preference for this requirement. The Contractor shall have 90 Calendar days from the Notice to Proceed Date to complete ALL TASKS associated with the SPECIFICATION of Work. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced, responsible technically acceptable offeror. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to accomplish the following work which consists of, but not limited to, removing and replacing the fence lines and gates as indicated on the attached draft specification of work and drawing. Replacement of the intercom system at the property entry gates and the installation of the intercom stations in building 1003 are also included. All quantities are estimated. Contractor shall field verify all dimensions and quantities prior to ordering material. Contractor shall at all times provide protection of all water-ways from foreign and/or contractor generated materials, organic or otherwise. ***Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).
