This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. 1. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Snow and Ice Removal Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. Services shall be performed at the 1LT Jimmie L. Monteith United States Army Reserve Center, 1741 E. Belt Blvd., Richmond, VA 23224. 2. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price Requirements contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods from date of award. Estimated total quantities are provided in the Request for Proposal. These estimates are not a representation to an offeror or contract that the estimated quantities will be required or ordered, or that conditions affecting requirements will be stable or normal.
