The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, Emerging Technologies Contracting Center (ACC-NJ-ET), Benet Laboratories, on behalf of Armament Research, Development, and Engineering Center's (ARDEC) Benet Laboratories, Watervliet Arsenal, NY 12189, has a future requirement for eighty-four (84) Dial Bore Gages for the 105mm M119A3 Light Towed Howitzer and all the component parts. This supply will serve as an alternative acceptable use gage to measure origin of rifling wear in the 105mm M20 cannon tube. This supply will allow for assessment of serviceability of the cannon tube. The Government anticipates a non-commercial Firm Fixed Price type contract. The anticipated delivery date shall be a minimum of forty-two (42) Dial Bore Gages 10-12 weeks after award of contract. The remaining 42 Dial Bore Gages shall be delivered 4-6 weeks after the initial delivery. This acquisition is being offered for full and open competition and will utilize NAICS Code 333314 with a size standard of 500 employees. Drawings shall be furnished after request and approval by the government for this requirement. To request the drawings, Offerors shall complete the following forms: (1) AMSTA-AR Form 1350, (2) DD Form 2345 and (3) Non-Disclosure Agreement. The DD Form 2345 has been attached to this synopsis announcement for your reference. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for proposal. The solicitation will be posted on or about 28 January 2019. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
