The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armaments Center (CCDC - AC), is soliciting a competitive Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for the purchase of a Malvern X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF) that meets all minimum Statement of Work (SOW) and delivery schedule requirements. A competitive solicitation, W15QKN-19-R-0147, and Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection criteria are attached to this notice and details the proposal requirements and evaluation procedures.
