The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for FactSage software, maintenance and upgrade services. The Government intends to award one purchase, on a sole source basis, to Spencer Group Inc., the sole distributer for FactSage software in the USA. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
