Synopsis - CNC Plasma Cutter and Oxy Acetylene Gantry Table The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) - Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, on a sole source basis to Praxair Distribution Mid-Atlantic, LLC, for a CNC Plasma Cutter and Oxy Acetylene Gantry Table. The equipment required under this effort are: one (1) Edge Connect CNC Control system, one (1) Standard Operator Control System, one (1) AKD Drive System, and one (1) Sensor Torch Height Control System. The Contractor shall supply, deliver, install equipment for the retrofit of the existing CNC Plasma and Oxy Acetylene Gantry Table in Building 303 at Picatinny Arsenal. The Authority for this procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106(b)(1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization.
