This requirement for wlnsight Analytics Professional annual software maintenance and support is for the procurement of 30 software licenses to include the ability to open tickets with the manufacturer's Technical Support Center. In addition, the contractor shall provide direct over the phone support, software update downloads, patches and fixes directly from their support distribution web sites, and the ability to review and use online support information posted by the manufacturer.
