U.S. Army Contracting Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to Breton Industries Inc., 1 Sam Stration Rd., Amsterdam, NY 12010-5243 for delivery of Ballistic curtains for the Armament Research and Development Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal. Breton Industries Inc. is a HUBZone, Veteran-Owned Small Business. The requirement is for Ballistic curtains to the following specifications: Nineteen (19) Blast Curtains, UL752 rated to Level 1 in bullet resistance. Frag tested to: 2-Grain RCC, .22-CAL 17-Grain FSP V12. Arch Flash Protection CAT 4+, Water Repellent, Durable, Lightweight. Size 10 foot x 10 foot. Delivery prior to 15 April 2019. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible HUBZone Small Business sources may submit a capability statement, or proposal, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 314999 and the small business sized standard is 500 employees. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than February 20, 2019 in writing.
