The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) intends to issue a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) modification under Contract W15QKN-17-C-0034 with Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (AZDEMA/Camp Navajo, Arizona to exercise Option four (4) to contract W15QKN-17-C-0034 for the continued igloo and warehouse storage, material handling, maintenance, inspections and transportation of 155mm artillery ammunition to and from Yuma Proving Ground (YPG). This notice of intent is not a FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), and is only a Sole Source Synopsis for the continued igloo and warehouse storage services. This contract action utilizes the authority of 41 U.S.C 1901, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.501 (a) (1).
