The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island, in support of PM Combat Ammunition Systems, requires production of PA161/PA103A2 Metal Containers for the 155mm Modular Artillery Charge System M231/M232 and variants. This will be a new five-year sole-source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with firm-fixed-price delivery orders for FY2027–31, awarded on an other-than-full-and-open-competition basis to Conco, Inc. in Louisville, KY, with award projected for the third quarter of FY27 and the RFP anticipated for release in December 2026. The contract includes a minimum guarantee of $5.2 million and an estimated maximum value of $586 million, with planned production quantities of 920,145 PA161 and 3,090,060 PA103A2 containers over five years. Level III Government-owned technical data packages coded Distribution D are available, requiring an executed DD Form 2345 and NDA before release.
