The government intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Dillon Aero, Inc. for commercially available M134D-M Minigun systems, associated hardware, installation, and training. This acquisition is based on the substantial duplication of cost that would occur if competed. The solicitation release is anticipated on or around 15 days from the date of this notice. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal and does not guarantee a future solicitation or award. No response costs will be reimbursed.
