RFI Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) W15QKN26R0008, Formerly W15QKN25X15LO
The U.S. Army is seeking sources capable of manufacturing the Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) using a government-provided Technical Data Package, with production, fielding, and sustainment required. Production rates may vary from 0 to 50 systems per month with a six-month lead time, and sustainment activities for approximately 15,000 systems are anticipated. A royalty of $10,000 per new system will be added to non-licensors’ proposals for total evaluated pricing. The draft Technical Data Package is export-controlled under ITAR, requiring compliance and submission of specific forms for access. Performance of services is expected to support the Project Manager Soldier Lethality at Picatinny, New Jersey.
