RFI Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) W15QKN26R0008, Formerly W15QKN25X15LO
The U.S. Army is seeking sources capable of manufacturing the Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (CROWS) using a government-provided Technical Data Package, with production, fielding, and sustainment required. Production rates may vary from 0 to 50 systems per month with a six-month lead time, and sustainment activities for approximately 15,000 systems are anticipated. A royalty of $10,000 per new system will be added to non-licensors’ proposals for total evaluation purposes. The draft Technical Data Package is export-controlled under ITAR, requiring compliance and proper approvals for access. Performance of services is expected to be managed from Picatinny, New Jersey, with an industry day tentatively planned for June 2026.
