This is a sole source requirement for Emergency Dispatch Services at USAG Fort Devens, MA, intended for Nashoba Valley Regional Dispatch District. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award with one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor must provide 9-1-1 call monitoring and dispatch of police, fire, and ambulance services for the Fort Devens installation.
