The U.S. Army at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is conducting market research for engineering services supporting the complete life cycle of munition systems, from research and design through production and sustainment. Contractors would provide qualified engineering professionals to perform tasks such as CAD modeling, finite element analysis, circuit design, embedded software development, test planning, and technical reviews.
