This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research on Automated Target Recognition technologies to detect explosive hazards and complex obstacles for the U.S. Army. A white paper response is required, and the government is tentatively planning a collection event for vendors with both a sensor and algorithm in Q4 of FY26 at Fort A.P. Hill, VA. A separate lab-based algorithm assessment for vendors with only an algorithm is also planned for 2026. The government may provide a fixed amount of funding to vendors for participation in the collection event, to be determined later.
