Explosive Hazard Detection with Automated Target Recognition (ATR)
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research on Automated Target Recognition (ATR) technologies to detect explosive hazards and complex obstacles for the U.S. Army. A white paper response is required, and a potential live collection event for sensor and algorithm vendors is tentatively scheduled for Q4 FY26 at Fort A.P. Hill, VA. The Government may provide a fixed amount of funding to vendors for participation in this collection event, to be determined later. Questions are due by 8 May 2026, and responses to the RFI are due by 15 May 2026. This is not a solicitation, and no award will result from this request.
