Solicitation Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment is to post the Questions and Answers received. The due date for responses to this solicitation will be extended until 16 June 2025 at 1pm (EST). The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) for Grounds Maintenance Services at the CW2 Kerry P. Hein USARC located at: 200 Route 25A, Shoreham, NY 11786-2014 (NY058). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the requested tasks described in the accompanying Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Fort Dix NJ is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for Grounds Maintenance Services at the CW2 Kerry P. Hein USARC, Shoreham, NY 11786. This is a non-personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide grounds maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, lot clearing) at the Shoreham location. This RFI is for planning purposes only. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS AT THIS TIME. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. The Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Responses to this RFI should include the following: 1.
