The purpose of Amendment 0001 to solcitation W15QKN-25-Q-A143 (Drug Testing Coordinator Services - USAG Fort Hamilton, NY) is to extend the due date for proposals to Wednesday, 14 May 2025 at 2:00pm (EST), and to provide the Questions and Answers document for the solicitation and to revise the travel and training CLINs 0002, 0004, 0006, 0008 and 0010 to add the following wording: "NOTE TO CONTRACTORS: DO NOT PRICE CLINS 0002, 0004, 0006, 008 AND 0010. THE GOVERNMENT WILL BE ENTERING A NOT TO EXCEED DOLLAR AMOUNT OF $2200.00 AT THE TIME OF AWARD." The United States Army Garrison (USAG) at Fort Hamilton, New York has a requirement for Drug Testing Coordinator Services for the purpose of providing the Fort Hamilton Military Community with services required by AR 600-85. The objectives of the drug testing are to facilitate early identification of drug abuse and the deterrence of drug abuse. The services described in the Statement-of-Work (SOW) include administration and coordination of the Command Drug Testing program for military personnel assigned to units and the Department of the Army (DA) Drug Testing Program for DA civilians. A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract is the preferred contracting method of the United States Government.
