The period of performance is 17 November 2023 to 20 November 2023. Please see the attached draft Statement of Work for details. 2. The meals should be prepared at a particular time and served at once to the group. Meals will need to fall within the per diem rate per plate/person.. Government is open to restaurant being on site and utilized or the selected vendor providing at the hotel selected. From a historical perspective, all prior contracts have had the meals served at the hotel location via their ballroom or dining area. Breakfast 0630-0800 Lunch 1130- 1300 Dinner 1700-1830 3.
