The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey has two (2) new construction requirements in support of the U.S. Army’s 99th Readiness Division. These projects are located within the 99th RD’s A04 Region. CSS 89275 – Remove exterior orphaned chimney, excavate area along building where water intrusion is occurring and seal cracks in roadways at Lincoln W Stoddard located at 25 North Lake Ave, Worcester, MA(MA022). Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work which consist of but is not limited to removal of dilapidated chimney to avoid potential collapse. CSS 89313 – Install basement stair coverings at the Lincoln W. Stoddard USARC located at 25 North Lake Ave, Worcester, MA(MA022). Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work which consist of but is not limited to have dry and clear of debris in 2 stairwells preventing water from entering the basement.
