The 99th Readiness Division, Regional Support Command (Region A3) has a requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Elevator maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. A firm fixed price contract is the preferred contracting method of the U.S. Government. The period of performance shall consist of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods. Please see the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
