**THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN AMENDED AND EXTENDED** THE SOLICITATION IS NOW POSTED The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey Warfighter Support Division on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has three (3) construction requirements for the following projects/locations: CSS 90242 – Clean Exterior Building Surface and Clean Windows at the Barnes Building located at 495 Summer Street in Boston, MA 02210 (MA004) CSS 89231 – Repair Loading Dock Doors at the Barnes Building located at 495 Summer Street in Boston, MA 02210 (MA004) CSS 94754 – Replace Chiller Piping and Valves Barnes Building located at 495 Summer Street in Boston, MA 02210 (MA004) This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Site Visit dates are within the Solicitation. The POC MUST be contacted if you plan on attending a site visit. Failure to do so may result inaccessability to the facility/location. The period of performance for each project will be staggered depending upon Award. The Government intends to award one or more Firm-Fixed Price contracts as a result of this solicitation. Please note that all questions in reference to this requirement must be submitted by 18 March 2024 at 3:00 PM EST.
