Please attach each amendment with your proposal** **PLEASE REVIEW AMENDMENTS AND ANY REVISED ATTACHMENTS THOROUGHLY** THE SOLICITATION IS NOW POSTED The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey Warfighter Support Division on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has three (3) construction requirements for the following projects/locations: CSS 88245 – Repair Parking Lot and Road at the Londonderry AFRC located at 64 Harvey Road in Londonderry, NH 03053 (NH014) CSS 92935 – Repair Fence & Remove Trees at the Keene ARC located at 682 Main Street in Keene, NH 03431 (NH004). CSS 94632 – Repair AMSA Bay Doors in two (2) locations: at the Londonderry AFRC located at 64 Harvey Road in Londonderry, NH 03051 (NH014) and the MG Oliver O. Howard USARC located at 1072 Minot Avenue in Auburn, ME (ME001) This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Site Visit dates are within the Solicitation. The POC MUST be contacted if you plan on attending a site visit. Failure to do so may result inaccessability to the facility/location. The period of performance for each project will be staggered depending upon Award. The Government intends to award one or more Firm-Fixed Price contracts as a result of this solicitation. Please note that all questions in reference to this requirement must be submitted by 04 March 2024 at 3:00 PM EST.
