This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number: W15QKN-24-R-5013, issued as a Request for Proposal. (iii) The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01, Effective 13 May 2021. (iv) Other than full and open competition, 100% Small Business set-aside, NAICS code 561730, Size Standard: $9,500,000.00. (vi) Grounds Maintenance Services at Fort Devens, Massachusetts are in support of the Department of Public Works.
