The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Armaments Center has a requirement for for the purchase of LS-Dyna Consolidated Software License. The U.S. Army intends to satisfy this requirement by soliciting, negotiating, and awarding a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Ansys Inc, 2600, Ansys Drive. Canonsburg, Pennsylvania 15317-0404. The authority being utilized for the proposed effort is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(c). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government.
