Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for Impetus Software Licenses and Maintenance - W15QKN-24-R-0093 The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey on behalf of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armaments Center (AC) intends to issue a firm Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) solicitation, W15QKN-24-R-0093, to Certasim LLC to acquire software, hardware, and licenses, including software maintenance for Enterprise Impetus software. A corresponding Sole Source Justification and Approval utilizing the authority FAR 13.106-1(b) (1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization has been approved and is attached to this notice. The resultant Purchase Order will have a period of performance of one year with four (4) option years. The effort is UNCLASSIFIED, and performance will be at contractor facility. For this effort the contractor will provide software, hardware, licenses, software maintenance and support for Impetus software. Impetus is a software product for 3D finite element analysis, used to support DEVCOM-AC modeling and simulation needs. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Further, this synopsis should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
