The Army Contracting Command – New Jersey at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: PowerSteering software license with ancillary support/maintenance. The software license and support/maintenance are for a base plus four option years. This requirement is intended to be sole sourced to original equipment manufacturer Upland Software, Inc. Frost Bank TOWER, Suite 1850, 401, Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701-3788 as this is to support renewal to an existing software and support. This presolicitation notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to jake.r.perrotta.civ@army.mil and esther.l.burke.civ@army.mil no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice. The response shall reference solicitation number W15QKN-24-R-0089, and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s SAM UEI number, experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO BE SUBMITTED. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT.
