Please see the attached Solicitation Amendment 0001.**** The purpose of this solicitation is to procure grounds maintenance services for North Chesterfield, VA049 at the following location: Col. Ernest H. Dervishian USARC, 6700 Strathmore Road, Richmond, VA049 23237-1167. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide grounds maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations.
