This Solicitation notice is for Grounds Maintenance Services at Rochester NY. The support service encompasses labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with specifications. This award will be a fixed price contract lowest price technically acceptable with a period of performance of one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, as noted in the solicitation and Performance Work Statement. Attached are the solicitation and Amendment 1. This acquisition is 100% Sercive-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561730 a size standard of $9.5 million.
