Purpose: The Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 is conducting a Market Survey on behalf of the Joint Program Manager Office Towed Artillery Systems (PM-TAS)... Purpose: The Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 is conducting a Market Survey on behalf of the Joint Program Manager Office Towed Artillery Systems (PM-TAS) to identify potential sources for M119A3 Yokes. Description: This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of PM-TAS or ACC-NJ. The contractor shall manufacture (cast, machine, protective finish and assemble) IAW with Technical Data Package (TDP) requirements, package, and shipment to Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. Anticipated minimum order quantity of twenty-nine (29) each units with a potential for additional quantities. For planning purposes this effort is anticipated to commence Q1 CY 2023. TDP Documents: 13034094 – Kit, Yoke 13027099 – Yoke, Cradle 13033848 – Yoke, Cradle (Casting) 13033849 – Yoke, Cradle Machining 13033840 – Bracket, Protector 13034070 – Bracket, Indicator Assembly 13034071 – Spacer, Indicator Bracket All interested vendors are requested to provide: Statement of capability describing the vendor’s capability to provide the items. Rough Order Magnitude Cost to provide supplies/services. Rough Order Magnitude Schedule to provide supplies/services inclusive First Article Testing. For purposes of this RFI, the TDP may be provided upon request following receipt and approval of these signed and completed documents: (1) DD Form 2345 – Military Critical Technical Data Agreement; (2) AMSTA-AR Form 1350 – Technical Data Request Questionnaire; and (3) a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Firms/companies are invited to indicate their capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, demonstration videos and/or other technical data, as well as identification of current customers. Submissions of designs that are not fully compliant with all requirements are also encouraged so that PM-TAS may assess the capabilities of all currently available sources. This Market Survey is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY and should NOT be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the United States Government. The Government recognizes that proprietary and/or classified data may be a part of this effort. If so, clearly mark such restricted/proprietary and classified data and present them as an addendum to the nonrestricted/non-proprietary and unclassified information. Participation in this Request for Information (RFI) is completely voluntary by the vendor and as such all costs to develop the vendor’s response are to be borne by the participating vendor.
