The Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking preliminary marketing information to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources capable of providing the United States Army Petroleum Training Center (USAPTC), Inland Petroleum Distribution System (IPDS), and Petroleum Operational Training as detailed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform USAPTC, IPDS, and Petroleum Operational Training as detailed in the attached draft PWS. Responses to this Sources Sought should include the following submittal requirements: 1. Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, CAGE Code, and any Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.) Utilizing NAICS code 541611(Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services) with a small business size standard of $21,500,000.00. 2. Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all tasks specified in the DRAFT PWS. 3.Confirms full capabilities of completing the required work specified in the DRAFT PWS Responses to this Sources Sought shall be submitted by 30 November 2022 at 11:00 AM EST to newton.j.maloba.civ@army.mil. Only e-mail submittals will be accepted. NOTE: This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such.
