The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, on behalf of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armaments Center (DEVCOM AC), Quality Engineering and System Assurance Division (QESA) Laboratory Division, at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, is conducting market research to identify businesses capable of providing emergency and preventative service maintenance to support the operation of test and measurement equipment in several operational areas: Environmental Test Laboratory, Radiography Laboratory, Energetics Verification Laboratory, Tactical Behavioral Research Laboratory and Evaluation Methodologies Laboratory. These preventative and emergency repair services will ensure operation and performance of testing equipment and supporting devices. The following is a list of laboratory equipment (SEE ATTACHMENT) that shall require preventative maintenance and emergency repair services. Service and repair requirements shall include all systems, subsystem components, and assemblies. The contractor shall be responsible for total maintenance of the entire system.
