The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey on behalf of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armaments Center (AC) intends to issue a firm Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) solicitation, W15QKN-23-R-0057, to Anark Corporation to acquire Upgrades & Maintenance for Enterprise Level Anark software. A corresponding Sole Source Justification and Approval utilizing the authority FAR 13.106-1(b) (1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization has been approved and is attached to this notice. The resultant Purchase Order will have a period of performance of one year with four (4) option years. The effort is UNCLASSIFIED, and performance will be at contractor facility. For this effort the contractor will provide software maintenance support for previously procured software licenses of Anark software. Anark is a software product developed for creating 3Di pdfs from the numerous Creo CAD files owned by AC and will be accessed by AC engineers and technicians. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Further, this synopsis should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
