Objective: The objective of this Draft RFP is to perform Market Research in an effort to survey the market for potential contractors capable of providing landscaping, tree trimming and tree removal services. 3. Requirement: The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking preliminary marketing information of potential qualified sources capable of providing landscaping, tree trimming and tree removal services at the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) Headquarters (HQ), located in Fort Belvoir, VA. The full scope of these services is detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). NAICS Code: The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 561730 “Landscaping Services”. The Small Business Size Standard is $9,500,000.00. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent should clearly identify their business size as related to this NAICS code. If you believe the services requested for this requirement do not apply to NAICS code 561730, please respond to this posting with appropriate reasoning and suggestions.
