Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring Sand and Salt Supply for United States Army Garrison Fort Devens. This procurement will be accomplished through a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is being issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-month base period and a 12-month option period. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver the requested road salt to the Fort Devens DPW Yard at 98 Queenstown Street, Devens MA. Salt mixture shall conform to the specifications herein. Deliveries shall be weighed using a certified scale. Deliveries shall be done within 2 hours of notification twenty-four hours (24) a day seven days (7) a week including holidays. The quantity ordered is an estimated quantity. The salt shall be delivered on-call in trucks not larger than a 35- ton trailer-dump. The vendor will be paid for the quantity delivered.

The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-23-Q-5029. The solicitation will be posted on or about 26 December 2022 via SAM.gov. The due date will be stated in the solicitation.
