This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division is seeking preliminary marketing information, all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are interested and capable of performing the services in the attached Performance Work Statement. This is a single requirement. The resultant effort will be firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 541380 - Testing & Laboratory Services. **Interested Contractors must be a New York State Department of Health Certified Water Operator Class "C" or higher and must be submitted along with your quote when submitted. 2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATION: SSG Fredric J. Ill, Jr USARC, Bullville, NY 10915 *** See attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details*** 3. Incumbent Contractor: This is a new requirement 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email.
