The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armament Center (CCDC-AC) intends to issue a Request for Quote for Enterprise Level AutoDesk License Renewals. This is being issued as a brand name only requirement under the authority of FAR FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) and 8.405-6(b)(1) Brand Name, to DLT Solutions, Herndon VA, under the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The resultant call order shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, commercial call order, with a period of performance of 12 months. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Further, this synopsis does not guarantee for release of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
