The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armament Center (DEVCOM-AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for Dynochem Site License (Product ID#30766137). The Government intends to award one purchase order, on a sole source basis, to Mettler Toledo AutoChem, Inc. Suite 200 6708 Alexander Bell Parkway Columbia, MD 21046, the sole distributer for the required Dynochem Software. The Authority for this procurement comes under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), Mettler Toledo AutoChem Inc. is the only authorized source who can meet the Government requirement. . The NAICS code for this effort is 513210 and the small business sized standard is 1000 employees. A Sole Source Justification was approved June 26, 2023 explaining that Mettler Toledo (MT) AutoChem, Inc. is the only source capable of providing the required software and the redacted document is attached to this notice. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than July 13 2023 in writing. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
