Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government’s expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Thursday, 21 July 2022. The Solicitation Number will be W15QKN-22-R-5052. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Snow and Icre Removal Services for Bristol, on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at the Bristol Veterans Memorial Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC). The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside preference for this requirement. The period of performance shall be for one base year and four twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all plant labor, transportation materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide Snow and Ice Removal Services at the Bristol Veterans Memorial AFRC, located at 2501 Ford Road, Bristol, PA 19007 in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. ***Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).
