Services shall be performed at the Johnstown Aviation Support Facility, ATC Tower 471 Airport Road, Johnstown, PA 15902 (PA051), the Johnstown United States Army ReserveCenter (USARC) #2, 1300 Saint Clair Road Johnstown, PA 15905 (PA052), and the John P. Murtha Memorial USARC 295 Goucher Street Johnstown, PA 15905 (PA053). Please see attached Solicitation documentation.
