SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT Solicitation Number: W15QKN-22-R-5034 Custodial Services, Nichols NY This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are interested and capable of performing the services in the attached Performance Work Statement. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 561720 – “Janitorial Services”. The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published via https://beta.sam.gov/ in the near future. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. 2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATION: Binghamton United States Armed Forces Reserve Center (USARC) 721 Stanton Hill Rd, Nichols, NY 13872 See attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details. 3. Incumbent Contractor: Contract Number: W15QKN-17-P-1153 Contractor: Associated Services Inc. Period of Performance: Eight (8) month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Sources Sought Notice will NOT be accepted.
