On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, the United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a Grounds Maintenance Services requirement to procure Ground Maintenance Services at the MAJ David S. Connelly Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), located at 15 Barnum Road, Devens, MA 01434. The period of performance shall be for one, 12-month base period and four, 12-month option periods. The purpose of this Amendment is to provide the responses to the questions submitted in regards to the Solicitation Posting. As a result of the questions received, a revised Performance Work Statement dated 20 April 2022 is being issued under this Amendment. Section 5.4.4 of the Performance Work Statement has been updated in regards to the questions submitted. The closing date and time of the Solicitation has been extended from 11:00AM EST, 20 April 2022 to 11:00AM EST, 27 April 2022.

The Solicitation Number will be W15QKN-22-R-5032. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services for Ayers, MA on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at the MAJ David S. Connelly Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC). The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside preference for this requirement. The period of performance shall be for one base year and four twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all plant labor, transportation materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide Grounds Maintenance Services at the MAJ David S. Connelly Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC), located at 15 Barnum Road, Devens, MA 01434 in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. ***Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).
