Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government’s expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Tuesday, 19 April 2022. The Solicitation Number will be W15QKN-22-R-5031. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services for Narragensett, RI on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at the Ft Nathaniel Green United Stated Army Reserve Command (USARC). The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside preference for this requirement. The period of performance shall be for one base year and four twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all plant labor, transportation materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide Grounds Maintenance Services at the Ft Nathaniel Green USARC, located at 970 Point Judith Road, Narragansett, RI 02882 in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. ***Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation.
