This is an Unrestricted requirement and is open to all businesses for submission of offers. The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government’s anticipated solicitation release on or around April 1, 2022. The Solicitation Number is W15QKN-22-R-5022. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Elevator Maintenance Services on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at multiple facilities throughout the Northeast (Regions A: New York; Regions B: Pennsylvania ). NOTE THAT THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE 2 OR MORE AWARDS AND OFFEROR SHOULD SUBMIT THIER OFFER BY REGION WHICH IS BROKEN UP BY CLIN IN THE SOLICITATION. MULTIPLE AWARDS CAN BE MADE ACCORDING TO REGION FOR THIS REQUIEMENT. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as full and open competition, all businesses can submit an offer for this requirement. The period of performance shall be for one base year and four twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced contract awarded to the responsible, responsive offeror, whose technical approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Elevator maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. *** All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.beta.sam.gov/ in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM database may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror. *** All responses to this pre-solicitation notice shall be in writing; NO TELEPHONE INQUIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
