This pre-solicitation notice is for Packing, Containerization, and Local Drayage of Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Personal Property Shipments in support of the Fort Hamilton Transportation Office, Brooklyn, NY 11252. This solicitation will be for 100% Small Business set aside. This award will be a single fixed price contract. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of the personal property of Department of Defense (DOD) personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the DPM in addition to performing the requirements in accordance with the specifications and allotted period of performance described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 484210 – Used Household and Office Goods Moving Services – with a size standard of $30,000,000. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-22-R-5020. The solicitation will be posted on or about 28 January 2022 via SAM at SAM.gov/. The official due date for all proposals will be stated in the official solicitation. The due date for any questions in regards to the solicitation under the “instruction to offerors section” may be sent via email to listed Point of Contact (POC) no later than 72 hours before the closing date of the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation.
