MIRC Access Control System Replacements – Multiple ARICS, USA This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561210 – Facilities Support Services for the proposed acquisition of Overhead Door Maintenance & Services with a small business size standard of $41,000,000.00. The U. S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for the procurement of a non-personal services contract to replace the access control system (ACS) at the Army Reserve Intelligence Support Centers (ARISC) and the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) headquarters that meets the Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, VERSION 1.5, IC Tech Spec – for ICD/ICS 705, July 26, 2021. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued. The expected period of performance is 365 days from the date of award. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the replacement of the ACS at the ARISCs as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Attached is a DRAFT PWS for planning purposes only. No solicitation documents exist at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these services or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this notice and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.
