The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager Combat Ammunition Systems, intends to issue a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price modification for the refurbishment of PA103A2 and PA161 Metal Containers. The modification shall be issued under current contract W15QKN-20-D-0003 with Conco Inc. This modification will increase the current contract value by approximately $8.5M for all requirements through Fiscal Year (FY) 25 and will be issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1); as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The initial purchase will require delivery in Fiscal Year 2023 of approximately 40,000 PA161 and PA103A2 metal containers combined. Funds are available for this acquisition. This notice of intent is not a request for a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is the Government obligated to issue an RFP.
