PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT THE SOLICITATION Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government’s expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Tuesday, 9 August 2022. The Solicitation Number will be W15QKN-22-Q-5130. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey-Warfighter Support is procuring Pest Management services on behalf of the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Devens for facilities and grounds at Fort Devens, MA. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance will be one 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The solicitation will result in a new Firm Fixed Price contract awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, supervision, transportation, licenses, and certifications necessary to provide the required pest control services in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services shall be in strict accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws and Regulations and Army Policy IAW as outlined in the PWS. The Product Service Code for the requirement is S207, Housekeeping – Insect/Rodent Control. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small businesses utilizing NAICS 561710 (Exterminating and Pest Control Services). The small business size standard for this NAICS is $15,500,000.00. This pre-solicitation notice is provided for informational purposes only and is not to be considered a request for quote. When the solicitation is posted, it will be the responsibility of the offeror to review SAM for notice of any amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from SAM/FBO. All potential sources must obtain a UEI number, CAGE code, and register in System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://sam.gov in order to transact business with the government.
