On behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC), the US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement to procure Grounds Maintenance Services in support of the 99th RSC. These services shall be performed at the following two locations: (a.) Fairview US Army Reserve Center (USARC), 7001 Klier Drive, Fairview, PA 16415 (PA209) and (b.) ECS/AMSA #103(G), 6467 Mikewood Boulevard, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316 (PA118). Please see the attached Solicitation description (which will contain the Performance Work Statement) and the two maps which will reference the specific locations for this requirement. PLEASE NOTE: This solicitation is being amended to include the following information: (a.) A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Monday, 22 August 2022 with Mr. Scott Kawski as the point-of-contact at 910-656-0251. Contractors are advised to contact Mr. Scott Kawski in advance if they would like to attend a site visit. (b.) The date that quotes are due is now revised to 26 August 2022 at 1:00 PM (EST). (c) All questions from vendors shall be submitted by Tuesday, 23 August 2022 by 2:00 PM (EST).
