This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the purchase of cellular tracking transceivers, accessories, training, and maintenance, meeting or exceeding the technical specifications identified in this solicitation and the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall be responsible for the procurement, delivery and support of all items listed in this solicitation and statement of work. All quotes in response to this solicitation are due no later than 15 September 2022 at 11:00 AM EST, and shall be submitted via email to the contract specialist, Medin Boljevic, directly at medin.boljevic.civ@army.mil. When emailing the contract specialist, contractors shall also CC the contracting officer for this requirement, Bradley Borek, at bradley.r.borek.civ@army.mil. For additional details, please see the attached Statement of Work. If interested, please follow the instructions in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation titled "W15QKN-22-Q-0PWX AMD 01". Amendment 01 is to extend the Quote End date from 15 September to 22 September and to extend the Quote Validity date from 30 days to 60 days. All changes made to the solicitation attachment are highlighted.
