It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any supply or service, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking sources, from all socio-economic categories, to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are interested and capable of providing the supplies in the attached Statement of Work. This is a single requirement. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 511210 – “Software Publishers”. ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published via https://www.sewp.nasa.gov/ and https://beta.sam.gov/ in the near future. The anticipated solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 12-month base period. 2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATION: U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division 27130 Telegraph Road Quantico, VA 22134 See attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for specific details. 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email to Zachary.h.itzkowitz-shifrinson.civ@army.mil and colleen.m.kenney3.civ@army.mil. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Request for Information will NOT be accepted.
